Planning & Design Fee Structure
10% of your overall event expenditure
$12,000 minimum investment for single-day event
$15,000 minimum investment for multi-day event
At Jane Alexandra Events, we believe in a pricing model that aligns with our clients' best interests. That's why we offer a percentage-based pricing structure for our wedding planning services. This transparent approach ensures that you receive personalized attention and expert guidance throughout the entire planning process. Initial Consultation

Budget Development & Oversight
We will guide you in creating a realistic, strategic budget aligned with your priorities. Together, we’ll allocate funds thoughtfully, track expenses, and make informed decisions throughout the planning journey.
Vendor Curation & Selection
You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated list of trusted vendors who align with your aesthetic, budget, and expectations. From venues and caterers to photographers and florists, we’ll guide you through the selection process to ensure every partner is the right fit.
Vendor Negotiation & Contract Management
We manage all vendor negotiations on your behalf and carefully review contracts to ensure favorable terms, clear expectations, and seamless alignment with your overall vision.
Wedding Design & Styling
Together, we’ll craft a cohesive and highly personalized wedding aesthetic. From color palettes and textures to décor and ambiance, every design choice is intentional and reflective of your love story.
Timeline Creation & Logistics
We develop a comprehensive wedding timeline and detailed event schedule, coordinating with all vendors to ensure every element flows effortlessly from start to finish.

1. Why percentage based pricing?
Percentage-based pricing ensures fairness and flexibility while aligning my services with your budget. You can rest assured that as your budget increases or decreases, my fee will adjust accordingly. This way, you receive a consistent level of commitment, creativity, and expertise, regardless of the scale or intricacy of your wedding.
2. What if I already booked my venue?
If your venue has already been secured, a reduced management fee of 2% of total venue expenditures will apply instead of our standard 10% fee. This covers the continued communication, coordination, and oversight required with the venue throughout the planning process.
3. What vendors are included in the percentage fee?
Venue, Catering, Photographer, Videographer, Florals, DJ/Band/Entertainment, Rentals, Lighting, Valet, Stationery & Paper Goods, Signage, Security, Hair & Makeup, etc.
4. What is NOT included in the percentage fee?
Hotel Accommodations - This service is offered at an optional flat rate of $1500. However, if you utilize a hotel that accepts our IATA travel agent number this fee will be waived.
Transportation - This service is offered is flat rate of $1000.
