Founder & Creative Director
Hello! I'm Jane, owner of Jane Alexandra Events. With over a decade of experience in wedding planning, I specialize in transforming love stories into one-of-a-kind celebrations. My approach is rooted in the thoughtful use of color, pattern, and texture—each element carefully chosen to reflect the couple’s personality, style, and story. From bold palettes to subtle layers of detail, every design decision is intentional, ensuring that no two weddings ever feel the same. I believe in creating experiences that are not only beautiful but deeply personal—crafted with heart, meaning, and a touch of the unexpected.
I hold degrees in both Psychology and Business Marketing, which uniquely shape the way I approach wedding design and client experience. Understanding how people think and feel helps me truly connect with my couples and design moments that resonate emotionally. And with a strong foundation in branding and marketing, I’m able to weave a cohesive story throughout every visual and experiential element of the wedding.
I’m also a wife to my wonderful husband, Cole, and a mom to two energetic, joyful boys—Leo and Henry—who inspire me daily to approach life (and events!) with creativity, and heart.

Hi, I’m Crystal, Executive Manager and Planner of Jane Alexandra Events.
With a background in luxury hospitality and eight years of wedding and event planning experience, I approach every celebration with a service-first mindset and an eye for refined detail. My hospitality foundation allows me to anticipate needs before they arise, communicate seamlessly with vendors, and create an experience that feels elevated, intentional, and effortlessly executed for both you and your guests.
I’m the organized mind behind the magic, ensuring timelines flow smoothly, logistics are thoughtfully mapped, and every element is carefully considered long before the big day arrives.
As a wife and mother, I’ve learned to stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and remain exceptionally organized, qualities that serve my couples well throughout the planning process and on their wedding day.
What I love most is seeing a vision come to life and walking alongside couples during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives. It’s truly an honor to help create a celebration that feels beautiful, personal, and unforgettable.

From personal details to design inspiration, these conversations allow us to create an experience that feels unmistakably yours — never templated, never one-size-fits-all.

Clear, consistent communication is at the heart of everything we do. We schedule bi-weekly calls directly on the calendar to keep planning organized, transparent, and moving forward with intention. Of course, we’re always available in between — because questions don’t wait, and neither do great ideas.
3. Personalized Design & Planning
With a deep understanding of your vision, we thoughtfully layer in color, texture, and meaningful details to create a design that feels elevated and personal. Every decision is intentional, every element curated — all while ensuring the planning process feels calm, guided, and enjoyable.

As the celebration approaches, we handle the details, logistics, and vendor coordination so you can stay present and excited. On the wedding day, our team is there to manage every moving part behind the scenes — allowing you to fully soak in the moments that matter most.
