Coordination & Petite Events Fee Structure

$6,000 investment for 90 day coordination

$3,000 investment for 30 day coordination

$3000 + 10% of overall expenditure for Petite Events

At Jane Alexandra Events our goal is to create a memorable and seamless experience, tailored to your unique style and requirements.

90 Day Coordination

  • Dedicated support beginning 90 days prior to your wedding

  • Unlimited communication via phone and email during this time

  • Comprehensive review of all vendor contracts and details

  • Direct communication with all contracted vendors to confirm logistics and finalize timelines

  • Creation of a detailed, customized wedding day timeline

  • Management and distribution of timeline to all vendors and key participants

  • Venue walkthrough prior to the wedding day

  • Attendance at one key meeting (such as your final venue meeting or tasting)

  • Guidance on final layout and floor plan to ensure flow, guest experience, and design cohesion

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Full ceremony coordination, including processional organization and cueing

  • Seamless management of reception flow, including entrances, speeches, dinner service, and key moments

  • A professional team consisting of one lead coordinator and 2–3 assistants (scaled based on guest count and logistics)

  • Full-day coverage from the beginning of setup through the completion of breakdown

  • Oversight of all vendor setup and styling of personal details (escort cards, favors, menus, signage, etc.)

  • Primary point of contact for vendors, venue, and guests on the wedding day

  • Proactive problem-solving and behind-the-scenes management to ensure a seamless experience

  • Organization of all personal items at the end of the evening

Petite Events

  • Initial planning consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and budget

  • Unlimited phone and e-mail correspondence

  • Custom event design concept, including color palette, décor, and overall aesthetic

  • Vendor sourcing and management (balloons, rentals, entertainment, catering, etc.)

  • Budget guidance and vendor recommendations aligned with your vision

  • Layout and flow planning to maximize your space and guest experience

  • Assistance with signage, styling details, and personalized elements

  • Ongoing communication and planning support throughout the process

  • Coordination of all logistics leading up to the event

  • Lead coordinator + assistant(s) on event day (based on scope)

  • Full setup and styling of all design elements

  • Management of vendors and timeline on the day of the event

  • Oversight of breakdown and packing of personal items

30 Day Coordination

  • Dedicated support beginning 30 days prior to your wedding

  • Unlimited communication via phone and email during this time

  • Review of finalized vendor contracts and confirmation of key details with each vendor

  • Introduction to all vendors as the primary point of contact in the final month

  • Creation of a streamlined wedding day timeline based on confirmed logistics

  • Distribution of timeline to all vendors and key participants

  • Guidance on final layout and floor plan to support overall flow and guest experience
